We follow AI research closely, from frontier lab releases to academic papers, which gives us an early read on what's next: world models, open-source and multimodal architecture, not just LLMs. That's how we build bespoke tools, not generic AI wrappers.

Before building, we strip the problem down to what can't change. We build around constraints, not assumptions or flashy tech.

We're not AI by default. We apply the simplest approach to each use case, whether it's a script, a macro or AI where it pays off. We fit the tool to the problem; we don't retrofit the problem to a tool.

We don't stop at launch. When something works, we push it as far as it goes, whether through new tech once it earns its place or the easy fix nobody's gotten to yet.
